Ads are running. Enquiries are coming.
Sales are not.
Sound familiar? It means marketing and sales live apart from each other. We connect them — and you finally see which ads bring money and which only bring clicks.
Who we work with
What we do
Six directions
You can take one, or assemble everything into a system. Most start with one.
We count all the way to money, not to clicks
A real enquiry from digitme.md · 14 September 2026, 12:18 · identifiers shortened
With every enquiry, the CRM receives the full history: where the person first came from, which ad they clicked, how many times they visited before writing. Here is a real enquiry from this site.
And another 8 fields: which ad they came from, how many times they came back, the page they started on, when they first visited. The person searched for «crm система», came from Google and left an enquiry — now it is clear exactly which ad brought this deal. How it works — The Ring section →
A separate product
The Ring
Advertising, CRM and analytics joined into one circle: how a deal ended comes back into the advertising, and the next ad lands better. It is not cheap and not for everyone — which is why it has its own section rather than a paragraph on the home page.
- The customer thought it over for two months — we still know which ad brought them
- Google learns not «there was an enquiry» but what it turned into
- The same money on ads — noticeably more enquiries
- Makes sense from €2,000–2,500 of monthly ad spend
In force since 23 August 2026
Law 195/2024 changed the rules. Many have not noticed yet.
Law no. 195/2024 replaced the 2011 act and transposed GDPR into Moldovan law — including a separate chapter on transferring data abroad. For business that has three practical consequences:
A consent mechanism is now mandatory
Without a proper consent banner, advertising systems will eventually stop accepting your data, and then stop your campaigns.
With amoCRM and Kommo the question stays open
amoCRM stores data in Russia. Kommo does not disclose its storage region at all — its policy reserves the right to keep data «anywhere in the world». The decision on which countries provide an adequate level of protection is made by Moldova’s National Centre for Personal Data Protection, and no list exists yet. You, as the controller, will answer for the lawfulness of the transfer.
With Bitrix24 the question is closed
The Moldovan licence is hosted in the Frankfurt data centre — the data sits inside the European Union. The second route is the on-premise version on your own server, where data never physically leaves the company.
Honestly
We will tell you if you do not need it
If you get 5–10 enquiries a month and spend a few hundred euros on ads, a system like this will take a long time to pay off. We will say it plainly: wait. It starts to make sense from roughly €2,000–2,500 of monthly ad spend.
One more thing: we do not automate chaos. If you simply automate a mess, you get an automated mess. So we start by reviewing the processes and honestly show what is worth fixing before implementation, not after.
Implementation takes around 3 months — including debugging, testing and your active involvement. It does not happen faster, and we will not promise faster.
Who you will work with
The Ring is a tool of large corporations that, thanks to neural networks, has become available to ordinary businesses here and now. But it is not a cure for everything: processes first, automation second.
